You retain 100% ownership of any data uploaded to or generated within the Atlas platform. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data is used exclusively to facilitate your wellbeing journey and coordinated care.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our services, we may collect:
- Basic identity and contact information.
- Health and wellbeing data provided by you or integrated from third-party devices (with your explicit consent).
- Interaction data within our platform to improve user experience.
3. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your information. Coordinated care data is only shared with practitioners you have explicitly authorized through the Atlas platform.
4. Data Partners & Processing
For our Core and Executive members, data is managed in partnership with HeadsUp Health LLC, our provider for fully HIPAA-compliant backend data management. This ensures your most sensitive health information is handled with clinical-grade security. Additionally, Corbett Ventures LLC maintains a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Google. This allows us to utilize segmented Google AI services for the development and processing of your personal Wellbeing Map. These AI services are isolated and governed by strict privacy controls to ensure your data is used only for your personal insight and optimization not LLM training or other AI uses outside of Atlas.
Terms of Service
1. Scope of Service
Atlas is a wellbeing coordination platform. We are not a medical provider. Any clinical services coordinated through the platform are provided by independent licensed practitioners. Atlas provides coordination and tools for these interactions.
2. Membership Tiers
Memberships (Open, Core, Executive) are subject to the terms specific to each tier as outlined on our pricing page. Subscriptions for the Core tier are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.
3. Conduct
The Atlas network is built on mutual respect. We reserve the right to terminate access for any member or practitioner who violates our community guidelines or engages in harmful behavior.
4. Limitation of Liability
Atlas is not liable for outcomes resulting from clinical decisions made by independent practitioners. Users are encouraged to maintain their own relationships with primary care providers.
